Ulster GAA recently held an elite Fitness Testing seminar with a selection of Inter-County coaches. The topic for discussion was the use of fitness testing with our inter-county teams, specifically, how we can use fitness testing more effectively to improve potential for performance. Grab Your Whistle Level 2 is the Ladies Gaelic Football course for exisiting referees. This course lasts at least 2 and a half hours and can be tailored to meet the needs of each county. Fitness testing and a written test can be included if requested.
